The service was made available to address the hurdles in seeking medical attention amidst today's challenging times, and to provide quick, easy, and quality professional medical care to valued clients. 

Through Kitika’s website and mobile app, eligible Pacific Cross clients can have access to medical consultations with licensed Filipino doctors and nurses, treatment plan, e-prescription, and medical certification (provided with Doctor’s discretion).
