COVID-19 COVERAGE UPDATES
As a commitment to continue serving our clients better amidst the ongoing global health crisis and in support of the government’s health initiatives, we have been waiving our policy exclusion on pandemics and have been extending COVID-19 coverage to all our clients. However, effective 1 January 2022, only fully vaccinated clients will be eligible for full coverage of COVID-19. This is consistent with and in support of the government’s vaccination initiative. Likewise, to facilitate more efficient and reliable service especially during an emergency, we highly encourage you to promptly send us your proof of vaccination by forwarding us a photo of your vaccination card or a copy of your vaccination certificate from VaxCertPH to client_services@pacificcross. com.ph.
